In order to better document homeowner concerns, board members can not accept phone calls from homeowners on any Association related business. Please use our email address dhha@cox.net or send a letter to the PO Box. Be sure to include your contact information and a board member will contact you if necessary.
The board has received some anonymous complaints from homeowners regarding other homeowners. We have since agreed that in order to pursue these type of complaints, they need to be signed. This will allow us to obtain more information when necessary and will also ensure it is a valid complaint . All complaints are kept confidential.
Homeowners that have liens placed on their home for non payment of dues or for any other covenant violation need to allow at least 30 days for the lien to be released once the issue has been settled. It is no longer possible to get the lien released in a matter of a few days. Please be aware that this will affect home closing or refinancing dates as lenders often don’t find out about a lien until a few days before closing. Letters were mailed to all homeowners with outstanding liens informing them of this policy.
