SID Connection

In addition to our neighborhood roads, the SID is also currently responsible for the grounds upkeep of our entryways and chicanes, as well as a portion of Picotte Park. Any other activities related to streets, utility systems and other public improvements within the jurisdiction of the SID are also governed by the SID Board of Trustees. If you have any questions or concerns about any SID responsibilities or improvements, please contact Donald Cavanaugh at 493-6097.

SID Notes

• Please respect the No Parking signs in the area. It is for your and your neighbors safety. No parking on one side of the street allows emergency vehicles to pass through the neighborhood. Thanks for obeying the No Parking signs.
• The SID pays a flat rate for all street lights, whether they are working or not. OPPD will repair street lights that are out or that are not functioning properly. Just a simple phone call to 1-800 554-OPPD will repair that street light in your area. Let’s keep our neighborhood safe!
• The SID has passed a resolution prohibiting the placement of signs at the entrances to the subdivision. Any signs that are in the public right of way and on SID property are subject to removal. We passed this resolution to try to keep our entrances and neighborhood looking nice.
